dinner: cake chocolate moist (10pm)
today

dinner: aiskirm goreng, roti telur, mee goreng mamak
agrhhhhhhhhhhh what happen to me..banyaknya makan!!!!!! ish tak boleh jadi ni..kena control makan.tp asyik kalah je pada selera..somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!

then tgk2x adik I makan nuggets... *sedih* sbb saya makan beberapa ketul + semangkuk nasi yg i dah telan sebelum itu :(

yea it is not easy..tp u bknnya gemuk pn baanu..bt apa nk diet..hehe
but again it is not about DIET but it is about HEALTH right?
PREVENT IS BETTER THAN CURE right?

i almost reached 55, added 3kg in one week... *aduiiiii*
dah pecah rekod daaahhh..
n one the fisrt day balik Cyber kan, ada yg dpt komen "wah, Baanu dah ada double chin laa" + "u makin tembam" *aduuuiiiii*
n ada medical history(family)...diabetis laa, blood pressure la, heart attack laa.. :(

haha normal la baanu ada double chin tu..hehe
apa2 pn jgn diet sgt.be intermediate..tengah2..diet lebih2 pn blh bt kita sakit..nnt u dpt gastrik cm i ssh nnt.asyik kn jg mkn je..timing mkn sume kn jg..
